When you need more than love to keep you together

I am 23 years old and mother of 2. I am going through issues with severe dysplasia that is getting worse. It is a genetic thing. With the birth of my last child, my uterus ruptured so it is now really weak on one side and pregnancy is pretty much out of the question. I am seriously considering a total hysterectomy with the ovaries left behind for hormone production. My family is really against the procedure because they are scared it will mess with my hormones and make me crazy. I really need all the information I can get before I willingly decide to go through with the surgery.

You are talking about a partial hysterectomy. A “total” is when they take both the uterus and the ovaries. You should not feel much different except that you won’t get a period anymore. You will not need hormone replacement therapy nor will you experience menopause since your ovaries will not be removed. You need to discuss this thoroughly with your doctor. Your family are not the ones who are having the health problem. If you are married, have your partner accompany you to the doctor’s office. You both can ask questions and get professional answers. You won’t be crazy. I had a total hysterectomy when I wasn’t much older than you, and I am not crazy!!. Good luck.

For years, I have heard the benefits of transcendental meditation. Where do I begin? I’ve already researched the benefits and stories online, and I am not worried about the monetary fee. What is the best way to get the ball rolling? Please…..I do not care about naysayers or the money involved.

I am a pc gamer gamer who has recently switched to console gaming. I bought a PS3 last week and i am thinking to buy a xbox 360. I want to know the difference between the 4 gb model and 250 gb model. Price dosen’t matter, still wanted to know why the 250 gb model is better than the 4gb one.

This is the original paint the builder put in, I am not re-painting until the spring. I tried using the mr clean magic eraser, but it’s just “moving” the dirt around. Any good tips w/o having to buy a lot of expensive cleaners or repainting right now?
    Thanks in advance!

I am wondering what the probability of drawing 4 specific cards in a 7 card hand from a 60 card deck is. There are 4 duplicates of each of these specific cards. You get 3 tries. On each retry you place your hand back in the deck and shuffle. The number of cards drawn decreases by one each retry.

If you can show the math behind it that would be awesome too! Thanks!

In other words, how has the US, a nation founded on the idea that freedom and strong central gov’t are opposed, maintained order and individuals’ rights since it’s founding? Specific events/examples of how the US wrestled with this idea very much appreciated.
